Shipping: We deliver your order as fast as possible so you can get out there and enjoy your cleaning products. Expedited delivery isn't currently available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
  • Orders can't be delivered to PO boxes/ or above ground floor level or lower.
  • Orders can't be delivered to addresses outside of the country or region where they were placed till viewed and approved by management.
  • Wanovaclean.com By You orders arrive within six weeks — standard delivery times do not apply.
  • Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Standard delivery is free—no promo code necessary—for orders that meet a minimum order total, before any delivery charges or taxes have been applied, and after any discounts have been applied. Please refer to our delivery options for additional information.

CANCELLATION CHARGES, RETURN and REFUND POLICY?

We have crafted our products to the highest standards and quality, but if you feel you want to try another product you may cancel your order anytime free of cost and receive the full refund in case you have not received the product yet.

We supply our product to reach to you with high standards packaging, so if products reached to you leaked or damaged, we've got you covered. We give you 24 working Hours to report with photos and videos how it was damaged for our feedback and get total refund inclusive all costs.

Major policy on each invoice default by Wanova Clean LLP:

We declare that invoices issued shows the actual price of the goods described and that all particulars are true and correct.
1. Once products are purchased only a maximum of 1% of order value can be returned by approval of Wanova Clean LLP management by end of the quarter, 12% will be charged from the invoice value, products should be returned undamaged, un-leaked, unscratched without any damage to the bottles. 
2. If the delivery of material location changes, then the entire logistics cost will be paid by the customer.
3. The manufacturing lead time is 30 days from the date of signing this quotation. And 10 days for transportation.
4. Any and all disputes, controversies, differences arising between the parties hereto the place of arbitration law & conciliation shall be at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
5. Discrepancy in the quality/quantity of the supplied material should be brought to our notice within 24 hours from the receipt..
