Description / Role Overview
As an Operational Executive, you will be a key executor driving daily operational efficiency and coordination. In a dynamic, product-launch environment, your role ensures that processes run smoothly, stocks move as planned, and cross-functional handoffs are seamless. You’ll act as the operational backbone — handling execution, follow-up, problem resolution, and ensuring service reliability.
You’ll partner closely with warehouse, logistics, procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure our products reach customers on time, accurately, and cost-efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations: coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth material flow and delivery.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, track statuses, and follow up with vendors/carriers to resolve delays or issues.
- Support inventory movements: inward receipts, internal transfers, stock issue for production, return handling, and adjustments.
- Maintain and update operational logs, dispatch records, load sheets, delivery manifests, and exception registers.
- Liaise with drivers, transporters, logistics vendors, and internal teams for scheduling, route planning, and delivery confirmation.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 1–3 years experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or execution roles (FMCG / distribution preferred)
- Hands-on coordination skills, with ability to chase, follow up, and execute reliably

Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and keep operations running even in dynamic environments
Nice to have
- Experience in warehousing, order management, TMS / logistics systems
- Exposure to dispatch planning, route optimization, vehicle tracking
- Understanding of inventory movement, stock control, SKU launches, reverse logistics
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, scanning / barcoding, scanning systems, and operational automations
